Important Notice: Support & Warranty Changes
September 2, 2026
As previously shared, on July 15, 2026, LXE Hearing, Inc. and its four related U.S. companies each entered into a separate assignment for the benefit of creditors under California law and began winding down their U.S. operations. For simplicity, this notice refers to those companies collectively as “LXE Hearing.” This decision followed extensive efforts to restructure the business and pursue strategic transactions to maintain support for our customers.
We are writing today to provide important details on what this means for support and warranty coverage moving forward.

Email: claims.sgi@jsheld.comImportant: Because each LXE Hearing company has a separate ABC estate, file against the specific legal entity responsible for the obligation. Filing against one company does not constitute filing against another; submit a separate Proof of Claim for each company against which you assert a claim. Filing a Proof of Claim does not guarantee payment.
For over a decade, Eargo, Lexie and Go have been dedicated to democratizing access to high-quality hearing care. It is with a heavy heart that we reach the end of this journey and are unable to continue supporting our customers beyond October 2026. Thank you for placing your trust in us over the years.
Sincerely,
The LXE Hearing Team
